How it works
Step one: Fill out our online form. Please ensure you take images of your object from all angles.Step two: Once submitted, our expert team will check your requirements. Once approved a quote will be generated and sent to you via e-mail.
Step three: Once the quote is approved by you we raise an invoice. Payment is made and you send your item to us via post*.
Step four: Wait for the magic and you will have the most accurate STL file of your item sent to you via e-mail which you are then free to manipulate and use however you wish.

How much do you charge for a scan?
Costs start at £48 (inc VAT) for a scan, however it is dependent on size and complexity of the object.What information do you need in order to quote for a design?
We ask for as much information as possible dependent on what is sent in. In the description section of the form, the more detail provided the better. This can include the size, full dimensions, stone sizes (if applicable), metal, as well photos of your object. You can access this form via a link on our website allowing you to download.What is your turnaround time?
Our standard lead time is 7 working days, however this can increase to 10 working days during busy periods such as Christmas. If you have a deadline, please let us know this when you submit your enquiry.How long will it take to scan my design once I approve the invoice?
Once you have approved the invoice for your scan, you will post the object to us. Once the object is delivered and received by us, the scan will be completed and e-mailed across to you within the next 7 working days.What is the size limit of the object I can send in?
The largest object we can scan is up to 90 × 60 × 60 mmWhat formats can you send my digital file?
